Refunds & Returns – Goods:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
- Warranty on Tapware – 24 months (Full replacement or parts).
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
We do not accept change of mind returns on custom-made items. Non-standard or custom-made items, and special orders cannot be cancelled after production has been scheduled for manufacture or after materials for production have been purchased.
Justinplace.com.au dispatches goods Australia-wide and to international destinations.
Normally orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of the purchase order being received. Within Australia, delivery times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location.
For international orders, please contact us first with your enquiries and we will provide a quote based on quantity, destination and weight. It may also be possible to make your own freight arrangements if preferred.
You will be notified with a tracking number once your order is being shipped.
If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel to you after 2 weeks, they will return the parcel to us at our expense. If the error was as a result of justinplace.com.au sending the parcel to the incorrect address or we have nominated an incorrect service and the parcel has been returned to us, we will immediately reship the parcel to your correct address free of charge.
If the parcel has been returned to us as a result of error or inaction on your part, then as a condition of us resending the parcel back to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges that we incur for the return of the parcel to us as a result of your error or inaction and further, the additional delivery costs to have the parcel reshipped to you at your nominated address.
